Shun the evil

Prov 14:16The wise fear the Lord and shun evil, but a fool is hotheaded and yet feels secure.

Job 28:28And he said to the human race, The fear of the Lord is wisdom and to shun evil is understanding. Evil is a sin and whoever engages in sin is of the devil. Sin angers God. Sin brings death to life. Sin destroys physical body. Sin is filthy. Sin defiles the body of Christ.

Sin is distestable in the eyes of holy God.

The devil came to steal, kill and destroy. He steals the peace in people of God. He kills the faith they have in God. He destroys the love and relationship men have with God.

A person who is full of evil has no peace, is full of unforgiveness, is aggressive, enjoys loneliness, love to bring harm to others, does not take responsibility but keeps on blaming others, loves gossipping, does not care for the needy, is greedy and selfish, does not appreciate good in others, does not fear God and always feel like dying or killing, does want to work and earn.

The word of God tells us that to shun evil is understanding. What do we understand? We ought to understand we were created by God for holiness and we can return to our purpose by humbling ourselves and return to God through Christ Jesus who restores us to Gods likeness.

When we return to Him the wisdom in fearing God guides us to peace, love, joy and doing good.

Shun evil and right before God who sees all and knows all.

Keep blessed.
